Generator Technician

Job description

Generator maintenance and service of various generators from small portables to 150 KW, Air Cooled and Liquid cooled. Trouble shoot and repair natural gas and diesel powered emergency generator systems manufactured by Generac, Onan, Kohler, Briggs, etc. Installation, Sales and Repairs of generators. If you are an experienced tech you will be paid accordingly but we are willing to train candidates with mechanical aptitude.

Rotating on call schedule for weekends (Emergencies only). Basic electrical knowledge required. Effectively diagnose, repair, adjust and maintain generators.

• Requirements:* High School or Military a plus!* Trade School or 2 - 5 years job experience with generators* Good Driving Record a must* Background check. The best candidate will have: Strong customer service skills & organization. Good attendance a must! We welcome Veterans or those with Military background! Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience

Expected hours: 40 per week
